Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy:

  1. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
  2. Full payment is due 2 months prior to the trip start date.
  3. Payments are accepted via bank transfer in USD or Euro (bank account details available) or in cash in Mexican Pesos.
  4. All prices are quoted in Euro and USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Due to our small scale as an agency, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding of the need for this policy.
  2. If you need to cancel your booking 14 days or more before the trip start date, we will refund any payments made above the non-refundable 50% deposit.
  3. For cancellations within 13 days of the trip start date, no refunds will be issued except in cases of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions).
  4. If Lakaan Travel must reschedule the experience, you will have the option to transfer your reservation to the new date or receive a full refund.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds for cancellations or rescheduling by Lakaan Travel (e.g., due to insufficient participants) will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
  2. For interruptions or early departures initiated by the traveler, refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the trip.
